Light Revolution Hero

The LYNX bottle has been lit with two Dedolight DLED4 units, one head is lighting the bottle and other lighting the label. The system executes one complete revolution of the subject resulting in a 360 degree light

Light Revolution Advantage

The 360 degree lighting has highlighted the shape and detail in the bottle a lot of which was lost on the conventional version. The initial set up time was quicker and required a less skilled operator.

Notes To Tech Details Above

1. The Lighting Set Up Times

These times are based on one person building a set from scratch in the studio including unpacking the kit, assembling the lighting and shooting an initial test

2. The Repeat Shoot Times

These times relate to shooting similar products once the set up is established so include swapping the products in and out, positioning reflectors and and making a single exposure

3. Camera Set Up Time

The time taken to position the camera over the set is not included as this will vary depending on the support and camera systems used and will be the same time for either set up anyway

4. Post Production

The subject was originally shot on a white background and has been cut out to illustrate the final effect when dropped onto a page

5. Degree of Difficulty in Setting up Lighting

This varies between 1 to 10, 1 being someone with no knowledge of photography and 10 being an experienced studio photographer
